For far too long, the oil and gas industry hasn’t done enough to stop dangerous pollution from endangering the more than 18 million Americans living near active oil and gas wells. That stops now.

New rules adopted by the EPA will help cut methane pollution from oil and gas production, a critical step in addressing the climate crisis.

Not only will the new methane rules help us stave off the worst of the climate crisis, it will help protect frontline communities and create thousands of good-paying jobs.
